Do you ship outside BC?

Yes, we ship across Canada through Canada Post.

Can I place a pre-order?

Yes, during checkout, you have the option to “Add a note” and state when you would like it.

 

Can I order online for pick-up?

Yes, you can order through our website or by email for pick-up at any of our available curbside pick-up options.

 

How does pick-up work?

After an order is received, we will begin preparing it. Once it’s processed, you will receive an automatic order ready notification requesting you to book a pick-up timeslot 12 hours in advance.

 

When will I receive my order?

Bombs are made-to-order and processed between 1 – 10 business days. Shipments are delivered through Canada Post with shipping speeds of 2 – 10 business days.

Do you deliver?

Upon request, for orders over $250, we offer free local delivery to Vancouver and surrounding locations.

 

Can I place an order for HCBs on the same day that I need them?

How do I care for my HCBs?

HCBs should be stored in a cool dry place such to avoid fat bloom.

How long do HCBs stay fresh?

HCBs are made-to-order and best eaten within 90 days.

Do your products contain dairy or nuts?

Although none of our flavors contain nuts, we use chocolate from a facility that makes nut products.

Our Da Aztec bomb is dairy free and uses gelatin free marshmallows.

Are your products kosher certified?

Our milk and dark chocolate is KD-halal.
